- Cut pink salmon into large pieces. Put the fillet in a prepared container.
- Before brine, add 0.5 l of cooled boiled water. Pour meat with cold marinade and leave until the next day.

- Sliced fillet in a container with cooled marinade for 10-15 minutes. To make the product lightly salted, you need to keep 10 minutes, and to enhance the taste - 15 minutes. The meat should float freely in brine.
- After that, put the pieces of fillet on a colander to glass the water and serve. You can also fold the pieces of meat in one layer in a separate container, sprinkle with dill on top and pour a small amount of vegetable oil. Shift several times.
- Cover with cling film. Fold in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
