A unique dairy cooperative will appear in Estonia soon. It is reported that this object will be created in the framework of cooperation between the Piena ceļš enterprise from Latvia and the Estonian dairy production E-Piim.
At the moment, it is known that investment in the creation of a new cooperative is one hundred million euros.
It should be noted that investors from other EU countries, as well as bank creditors and both initiating cooperatives, also allocate funds for the construction of a dairy enterprise.
Based on assumptions, the construction of a milk processing complex will be carried out over a period of one year. And after commissioning, the facility will begin to process a quarter of all milk that is produced by the forces of Latvian and Estonian milk producers.
According to Raymond Misa, who is the head of the board of Piena ceļš, the plant will be based on Estonian open spaces for the reason that it was developed by Estonian specialists and received strong support from the Estonian authorities.
In addition, it is important to emphasize that it was the experts of E-Piim who were able to find the optimal markets for future products.
