Roskontrol experts thoroughly checked the activities and products of the leaders of the Russian meat market. Literally under the microscope, such popular brands of meat products as “Near Gorki”, “Meat House of Borodin”, “Myasnitsky Ryad”, “Remit”, “Rublevsky” and “Every Day” were found.

According to the participants of the test raids, in almost all enterprises producing favorite sausages and sausages, numerous violations were discovered - from minor to serious.

As a result of verification and analysis of the data obtained, a verdict was issued: meat products manufactured at the Myasnitsky Ryad and Everyday enterprises were on the so-called Black List of Roskontrol. Serious discrepancies with state requirements for the quality of meat products were found in the products of these companies.

Inspectors also had many comments on companies such as Rublevsky and Borodin’s Butcher’s House. But the meat products of the enterprises “Near Gorki” and “Remit” were highly appreciated and recommended by experts of the Roskachestvo for consumption.
