The results of calculations of food consumption among Russians over the past year eloquently indicate that in the Russian Federation such types of food as salt, milk and potatoes have not yet reached a satisfactory level of production.
In other words, the proposal that is being born at domestic production sites is still not able to fully satisfy the demand of the Russian consumer. As a result, the country is forced to resort to the help of importers and purchase the necessary goods from foreign distributors.
Note that the proportion of domestic dairy products is 84%, despite the fact that the required threshold requires at least 90%. Salt values are significantly lower than milk - a little more than 64%, while at least 85% is required. The proportion of potatoes today has almost reached the required 95% - it remains to “finish off” 0.01%. It will also not be amiss to add that over the past year the Russian Federation was not able to fulfill all the requirements that the food safety doctrine suggests.
It is noteworthy that in this doctrine all the necessary ratios of domestic and imported products are collected so that you can visually control the market spheres that are in the risk zone.
