On April 28, 2019, Orthodox Christians will celebrate the long-awaited holiday - Bright Christ Sunday, also known as the Easter holiday.
It is no secret that the product, which is the most popular in Russian cuisine on the eve of this holiday, is eggs. They are part of the test for Easter cakes, are used in the preparation of various salads and, of course, are boiled to create dye.
In order for the eggs of the highest standard to fall on the festive table of Russian consumers, Roskachestvo employees decided to research the market and determine which products meet all sanitary and veterinary standards. The eggs of the category category were targeted by quality experts. They were checked. Based on such indicators as: freshness, height of the air chamber, the presence of microorganisms, antibiotics and bacteria, smell, purity, compliance with the category stated on the package and the strength of the shell.
Today, the Roskachestvo researchers' table contains eggs from Orenburg, Astrakhan, Yaroslavl, Bashkir and Tyumen producers, as well as eggs from Chelyabinsk, Kursk, Yaroslavl, Altai and Krasnodar poultry farms. The results of the analyzes will be announced shortly.
