Two residents of the Bichursky district of the Republic of Buryatia, a guy and a girl, were sentenced by a local wounded court to serve their sentences in prison. The reason for such a radical verdict is the multiple cases of cattle theft, to which the Buryat couple was directly involved.

According to information released by the press service of the Buryat prosecutor’s office, the enterprising thief and her accomplice managed to remove more than twenty representatives of cattle from pastures for grazing in eight weeks. The total cost of the theft that the villains inflicted on the breeders, according to experts, is more than one million rubles.

It is known that the “brain center” of the criminal duet was precisely the girl — a 24-year-old single mother. Her accomplice, who recently celebrated his 29th birthday, obeyed the “boss” in everything and helped her steal cattle with the help of a car and freight transport. As a result of the investigation, it became known that stolen animals were taken out or distilled to the territory of the farm, which belongs directly to the “gray cardinal”. Soon after the thefts, accomplices sold stolen cattle for slaughter.

It is noteworthy that the young "hijacker" will not go to jail so soon, since the upbringing of a child under 14 is on the shoulders of the criminal. As soon as the villain's child reaches the age of 14, his mother will be held responsible in the form of three years in prison. Her accomplice was sentenced to two and a half years in prison. It is reported that today the sentence has not yet entered into force, and careless "Bonnie and Clyde" may appeal the verdict of the court.
