On the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, the emergency regime expired, which was introduced after the death of a significant part of winter fields as a result of the influence of bad weather in late April-early May 2019.
It should be noted that the emergency regime has been operating in the region since the second of May of the current year and was initiated by order of the head of the Republic of Tatarstan Ruslan Minnikhanov.
The cancellation of the regime was due to a new decree of the head of the republican administration, which Minnikhanov’s employees posted on the official Internet portal of the Tatarstan government.
In particular, the disposition refers to the fact that the threat to food security in the republic was eliminated, and the measures aimed at combating the consequences of an emergency as a result of adverse weather conditions were fully implemented.
It will not be superfluous to note that in the agricultural territories of Tatarstan last spring the bad weather exterminated more than one hundred and twenty thousand hectares of winter plants. Damage was estimated at one and a half billion rubles. Colossal damage was done to more than half of winter plantings.
Today, Tatarstan’s agrarians have already managed to “reanimate” winter fields and planted new crops on the affected lands.
