They can be added to a warm drink, for example, to tea, which should be drunk 20-30 minutes after eating. Such a course of treatment for pancreatitis is carried out for 3-4 months, followed by a break for 2 months. Then the course can be repeated.
For children
The child’s body can react negatively to the active components of the oil, so at the age of 3 years, not yet all the systems and organs of the child are sufficiently formed, it is not recommended to take it.
The intake should not exceed a day:
- at 3-5 years - 0.5 tsp;
- in 5-10 years - 1 tsp;
- at 10-18 years - 1.5 tsp.
Contraindications
