Italian cuisine offers a fairly large number of recipes for combining pasta with various ingredients. One such product is chanterelle mushroom. The dish is hearty with a harmonious taste, thanks to the combination of these ingredients with dressing from sour cream and various seasonings.
Selection and preparation of ingredients
The recipe in question involves the use of fresh chanterelles. You can collect them in the forest yourself or buy in a supermarket. It is better to pick mushrooms of small or medium size - their taste is better than that of old large specimens. Previously, they will need to be cleaned of dirt and washed under running water.
Important! Real foxes are never wormy. Particular attention should be paid to this when collecting mushrooms on their own.
