Employees of ninety-eight agricultural enterprises of the Kostroma region joined the All-Russian process of harvesting feed for livestock.
Seasonal work began fourteen days earlier than originally planned by the forecasters of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, since the weather turned out to be loyal to local farmers.
According to the staff of the regional agro-industrial department, the feed procurers have already managed to prepare more than thirty-eight thousand tons of silage, as well as more than three hundred and seventy tons of hay.
As for the haylage, the forces of Kostroma haymakers at present have managed to harvest a little more than four and a half thousand tons. It is also important to note the leaders of the campaign for the preparation of feed for farm animals in the Kostroma region.
So, forwards of the process today are considered: the closed joint-stock company Shunga, as well as the experimental and production facility Minsk. Both enterprises are located in the Kostroma region.
Along with them are procurers from the Sumarokovsky collective farm, which is located in the Susaninsky district. The first slopes have already been completed on the land of all these facilities.
