The heat will return to Ukraine in late July. And in September low air temperatures and the first frosts will come to the country.

The weather forecast was provided by Vazira Martazinova, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, hydrometeorological research institute of the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine at a meeting with the press.

According to Martazinova, the end of July will be marked by an increase in air temperature. The third month of summer will be stressful. Most of the August days will be dry, and the temperature in some of them will reach 30 ° C or more.

After August 20, temperature indicators will begin to decline significantly, and only in the beginning of autumn will it become a little warmer. It is noteworthy that these processes will take place both in the southern and northern regions of Ukraine.

September 2019 will be warm: the temperature of the month will be between 24-26 ° C, but the weather is characterized as unstable. A sharp cooling is forecasted at the end of the month. Then the first frosts will begin.

Recall that this year the weather presented farmers with many unpleasant surprises. So, some regions, such as Transcarpathia, suffered flooding, while the southern regions of the country suffered from drought.
