On the initiative of the Continental company, Ukraine underwent training and a plowing contest, in which more than 30 people participated.

Tractors of the agricultural holding were trained in international standards in this type of tillage by the owners of the world cups for plowing Andreas Torzager and Jens Iversen.

Under the guidance of the best professionals, the company’s employees first improved the setting of soil cultivation units to improve the quality of plowing and put these skills into practice. After that, they checked their knowledge and practices, the company said.

The study took place in several stages: theory, practice, which consisted of settings and regulation of equipment, as well as competitions for plowing.

The event lasted three days and was held in three clusters of the company in two regions - Kamenka-Bug (Lviv region), Sambir (Lviv region), and Ternopol (Ternopol region).

Over thirty participants united this event, as plowing is an important method of tillage. At the end of the training, the winners were determined who received awards from the agricultural holding.

As noted in the company, Continental company uses training events to develop its employees, improve their theoretical and practical skills, because a lot of money is invested in human resources.
