The data obtained by the Inflation Barometer showed that over the past week, pork has significantly fallen in price. Now even chicken costs more than pork.
Chicken meat prices fell from February 25 to March 4 this year. At the same time, pork meat dropped in price even more - by 6.18% to 96.28 UAH / kg.
Network prices for sausages, lard and beef are stable. During the week, an average of 136.28 UAH / kg was requested for beef. Sausages on the Internet could be bought for 182.42 UAH / kg, fat sold at 132.23 UAH.
Since the first of this year, chicken meat has become cheaper by 13.88 UAH, which is 12.42%. Pork fell in price by 7.66 UAH, which is 7.37%. At the same time, from January 1 to early March, fat began to rise in price. It increased in price by 1.33 UAH. The rise in price was 1.02%. For beef they began to ask for more at 8.66 UAH, that is, at 6, 79%. And the average prices for sausages became higher by 9.65 UAH, which amounted to 5.59%.
