Based on the information shared by Vladimir Svezhenets, who heads the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Adygea, with the wider audience, in the very near future the region will begin to deliver its pride - Adyghe cheese - to the Azerbaijani market.

It is reported that branded regional cheeses, which belong to the soft pickle category, will go to Azerbaijani purchasers as part of the national program “Export of agricultural products in the Republic of Adygea”, which is part of an all-Russian project on cooperation and export with other participants of the world market.

According to Svezhents, today the cheese makers of Adygea intend to increase the production rate of the legendary local cheese for both domestic and foreign sales.

Today, the Krasnogvardeisk Dairy Enterprise is engaged in the production of cheese directly for Azerbaijan. It is known that export cheese will be sold at retail outlets on the basis of large Azerbaijani supermarkets.

It is noteworthy that at the moment Adygea is conducting intensive negotiations on the supply of agricultural food to the Turkish market, which is interested not only in Adyghe cheese, but also in vegetable oil and rice, reports Vladimir Svezhenets.
